Innovative Financial Management Platform consistently ranked the highest in customer satisfaction in the prestigious T3/Inside Information Advisor Technology Survey

The survey analysis text by Veres and Bruckenstein says that “Panoramix … [has] a tradition of earning the highest user satisfaction scores in this space.” And “Panoramix’s 9.51 user rating is a rare item the survey’s ratings and even more unusual is two years in a row in the 9.00+ rating club.” [Ed. It’s three years for Panoramix: 9.50 in 2022, 9.15 in 2023, and this year’s 9.51.] Finally, “Moving down the [market share] rankings, Panoramix Pro continues to live in the reified 9.00 club.”

Not only did Panoramix take top honors in the Portfolio Management category, for the second year Veres and Bruckenstein list Panoramix as a “Mighty Mite;” a firm not considered a market share leader and which offers satisfaction levels above 8.0. Panoramix has the highest overall satisfaction ranking of any firm in any category of the 2024 Mighty Mites.

“To top the Mighty Mites list and get a shout-out from Joel and Bob from the stage like this is fantastic,” said Jim Schwieters, Director of Sales for Panoramix who also attended the conference. “Six in a row. It’s humbling. Almost. At the moment I’m too proud to be humble about it. We won.”

In fact, Panoramix made this year’s Mighty Mites list twice. Once in the Portfolio Management category and again for Panoramix Pro, an upgrade product to Panoramix, in the Trading and Rebalancing category.

“This is certainly a bright spot in the midst of winter for a Minnesota company,” said Hastings. “A lot of companies talk about great service. I think six years in a row of topping the overall satisfaction list is certainly proof that we live it and live it well. Of course, no conversation about overall satisfaction is complete without mentioning having the very best product and best industry value, too. So, I extend my thanks to our developers and marketing on those fronts. It’s an overall win. A tremendous achievement.”

Panoramix also receive write-in ratings in the Customized Billing/Payment Tools category for the first time in the 2024 survey.

The base price for Panoramix is $6,000 annually for advisors between $25 and $200 million in AUM. Lower below that, and slightly higher above with a discount for active XYPN members.

“This is Joel’s 20th T3 conference,” said Hastings, “and I’ve been to a lot of them. This one has been most satisfying for us. Of course, the win is gratifying. The other elements of what makes a great conference are here too. Kudos to the organizers and thanks to all the advisors here who have kept a healthy amount of foot traffic to the exhibit floor.”
