Panoramix™ Adds Automated Fee Statements and Invoicing
Panoramix™ can now generate client fee invoices and statements and store them with your clients' documents, print them, or email them to your clients
Eagan, Minn. (September 15, 2015) --- Panoramix™ for the Financial Advisor, an at-a-glance portfolio management and CRM tool for independent financial advisors, now has the ability to automatically generate fee invoices for your clients.
More and more states are making fee invoices mandatory. To address that growing need, Panoramix™ now has automated fee invoice generation.
This new feature includes:
- The ability to customize the invoice with your logo and advisory firm information.
- The ability to modify the custodian disclaimer as well as a general disclaimer for the invoice.
- The ability to generate separate pdf documents for each client and store them automatically in the Panoramix document management system for the client.
- The ability to generate a single pdf document with all invoices or print all invoices for mailing
- The ability to automatically email the invoices to your clients. You can also customize the subject and the body of the email
